To ensure the well-being of all occupants and maintain the good condition of the house, we ask you to respect the following rules: 1. GENERAL INFORMATION - The number of people must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the advertisement. - Pets are not allowed, except with the express consent of the owner. - Parties and festive events are prohibited. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house; outdoor ashtrays are provided for this purpose. 2. POOL - The pool is approximately 1.60m deep; therefore, please be aware of this when diving. - Running around the pool is strictly prohibited. - Even if child safety devices are present, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Please shower before entering the pool to remove any excess sand. A solar shower is also provided for this purpose. - When using sunscreen, be sure to minimize residue in the water. - No sharp or heavy objects should be allowed into the pool, as they could damage the liner. - Bottles, glass objects, and sharp objects are prohibited in and around the pool, as they could seriously damage the pool liner and/or cause serious injuries. - Please use designated areas, such as the garden furniture or the shaded terrace. 3 POOL ROBOT: - Carefully place the robot in the water. - Handle it with care during use, and it should not be left in the water permanently. - Please wait until the end of its cycle before carefully removing it from the pool, without pulling on the cable. (approximately 3-hour cycle) - A handle is provided to remove it from the pool. - While operating in water, swimming is strictly prohibited, as this could seriously damage it. - After use, remember to remove the robot\'s filters and clean them with clean water. - Once removed from the pool, it must be stored away from sunlight. 4 BUBBLE COVER FOR POOLS: - The bubble cover is motorized to install the pool cover. - It should only be handled by an adult. - When unrolling the cover, it is imperative to accompany the cover until the pool is completely covered, otherwise the motor could be damaged. - Conversely, to uncover the pool, an adult must be present until the pool is completely uncovered. - The motor does not shut off automatically, so remember to turn it off, otherwise it may be damaged. (Note: The motor runs on a battery that must be recharged regularly using the provided charger.) 5 SOLAR SHOWER: - It is strictly forbidden to use non-biodegradable products, as this could pollute the soil. Only environmentally friendly products are permitted. 6 OUTDOOR UMBRELLAS: - Please fold them in case of strong winds or thunderstorms. - The umbrella stands must not be moved or handled; this can be dangerous due to their heavy weight and lead to serious accidents. 7. TRAMPOLINE - The maximum weight allowed on the trampoline is 100 kg or a maximum of 2 people. Beyond this weight, the trampoline canopy may be seriously damaged. - Adult supervision is required for all children. - Flips or somersaults are prohibited. - Please remove your shoes before using the trampoline. 7 PING-PONG TABLE: - The ping-pong table must be used with the provided paddles and balls. - Remember to return the paddles and balls to their proper place after use. - It is strictly forbidden to climb on the ping-pong table, as this could seriously damage it. 8 VIDEO PROJECTOR: - The video projector must be used with care. - Please do not touch the lens, move the device, or change any settings. - The video projection screen is motorized. - Before unrolling the screen, ensure that nothing is preventing or obstructing its smooth operation, as this could seriously damage it. - Use the remote control provided to start unrolling the canvas, and remember to press the button again to stop it, as it does not stop automatically. - Noise from movies or video games must be kept to a reasonable level to avoid disturbing neighbors. 9 OUTDOOR GAS GRILL: - Please clean the griddle after use, otherwise you will be charged a €50 cleaning surcharge. - Remember to securely close the gas bottle after using the griddle. 9 MOTORIZED ENTRANCE GATE: - The gate is motorized and its opening/closing is activated using the two provided remote controls. - After triggering its opening, it closes automatically after 1 minute and 30 seconds. Therefore, ensure that no vehicle or object prevents its complete closing, as this could seriously damage the gate motor. 10 CLEANLINESS AND RESPECT: - Please respect the premises as if it were your own. - Garbage must be sorted and placed in the appropriate containers. - In the event of damage, the tenant agrees to notify the landlord. 11 SECURITY - Doors and windows must be locked when the house is left unattended. - Report immediately in case of emergency or accident. 12 LIABILITY: - The tenant is responsible for any damage caused during their stay. - A security deposit of €1,000 will be required before moving into the accommodation and will be returned after the exit inventory, within a maximum of 7 days. - If the cost of repairs exceeds €1,000, the relevant booking platforms will be notified so that the necessary steps can be taken to cover the cost of repairs for the damage incurred.
